This class is for girls ages 11-19. It will cover the basics of dance including technique, foot and arm positions, and ballet terminology. We will spend part of class warming up and doing conditioning, then move to learning steps and moves in combinations across the floor and in short choreographed clips.

The style of dance we will primarily use in choreography will be lyrical, which beautifully expresses the meaning and lyrics of a song through the movements. This communicative art-form is a wonderful tool for sharing the gospel!

The students will learn technique, choreography and be encouraged to worship the Lord through dance!

No previous experience is required to participate.
